There is a way out.

Coaching for women who have experienced betrayal, divorce, or unhealthy relationship patterns and feel like they've lost themselves along the way. Using Integrated Attachment Theory, we work on identifying and changing the underlying beliefs, emotional reactions, and unhealthy patterns that keep repeating in their relationships.

DOES THIS FEEL FAMILIAR?

You know something needs to change.
You just don't know how.

Maybe you've experienced betrayal or divorce, or you keep finding yourself in unhealthy relationships. Somewhere along the way, you've lost touch with yourself, and you're tired of repeating the same patterns.

01

You keep questioning yourself, wondering what you did wrong or why you weren't enough.

02

You struggle with rejection, jealousy, anger, or the fear of being abandoned.

03

You know a relationship isn't healthy, but you struggle to walk away, let go, or stop going back.

04

You find yourself repeating the same unhealthy patterns, even with different partners.

05

You struggle to set boundaries, say no, or put your own needs first without feeling guilty.

06

You've spent so much time focusing on others that you're no longer sure what you need or what you want.

THE DIFFERENCE

Awareness is not the end goal.
Change is.

Understanding why you react a certain way doesn't automatically change how you respond. You can recognize your patterns, know where they came from, and still find yourself repeating them. My coaching goes beyond awareness. We identify the underlying beliefs, core wounds, and unmet needs driving those patterns, use subconscious reprogramming to work on changing limiting beliefs, and develop tools you can use for life to help you respond differently in everyday situations.

MY STORY

I've been where you are.
I know the way out.

I know what it feels like to have your life turned upside down by betrayal and divorce. I spent years in unhealthy relationships repeating patterns without understanding why. I also know what it’s like to need support when paying hundreds of dollars for help simply isn’t an option.

I went through endless therapy that led me nowhere. I spent hundreds of dollars just talking about my struggles without getting an actual solution or the tools I needed to help me. It only made things worse. I felt helpless, more confused, and financially drained. I was at the lowest point in my life when, after years of research, I came across an approach that was a turning point.

I already knew what my struggles were, but for the first time, I understood the WHY and, most importantly, the HOW to change the unhealthy patterns I kept repeating, change the limiting beliefs that were keeping me stuck, have the tools to work through problems, and be fulfilled in my life with or without a partner. Most importantly, I learned who I was.

You might have heard the same cheesy quotes: "know yourself" and "you can't love someone if you don't love yourself first," but nobody shows you how. Nobody gives you the tools to navigate life’s hard moments. This approach gave me that and more. I'm at the best point in my life. I'm happy, steady, and fulfilled regardless of what life throws at me.

It was not an easy journey, but it was worth it.

So, if you are really ready and committed to stop living on autopilot, stop hurting, and start building the life you really want, this approach might be right for you. I created Attachment Practice to offer women an affordable place to work through betrayal, divorce, and relationship struggles. The help you need shouldn’t be out of reach because of the price.

My goal isn't for you to rely on me forever. It's for you to understand your patterns and learn how to use these tools confidently on your own, so you can start relating from a place of confidence and calm, not fear or defense. You'll learn how to feel fulfilled, with or without a partner, and build a sense of security that doesn't depend on your relationship or whatever life throws your way.

THE PROGRAM

12 weeks. Six areas.
Real change.

We don't just talk about your patterns. We work on understanding what's driving them and changing them. Over 12 weeks, you'll learn tools you can use for life to work through limiting beliefs, manage emotional triggers, understand your needs, communicate clearly, set boundaries, and break habits that no longer serve you.

01

Core Wounds & Limiting Beliefs
Identify the subconscious beliefs behind your fears, insecurities, and relationship patterns. Learn how to challenge and reprogram beliefs like “I'm not good enough” or “I'll always be abandoned,” instead of letting them keep influencing your choices.

02

Emotional Needs
Discover the emotional needs behind your reactions and the things you seek from others. Learn how to meet more of those needs yourself, recognize which ones require connection with others, and stop relying on unhealthy patterns to feel fulfilled.

03

Emotional Patterns & Triggers
Understand why certain situations bring up such strong emotions, like fear, anxiety, anger, or rejection. Learn to recognize your triggers, work through the beliefs behind them, and respond more consciously instead of getting caught in the same emotional cycles.

04

Boundaries
Identify where you're saying yes when you want to say no, tolerating things that hurt you, or putting your needs aside. Work through the guilt and fears that make boundaries difficult, and learn how to set and maintain them without abandoning yourself.

05

Communication
Learn to express your feelings, needs, and expectations clearly instead of shutting down, expecting others to read your mind, or waiting until frustration builds up. Practice having difficult conversations and asking for what you need without blaming or attacking.

06

Behavioral Patterns
Recognize the habits and automatic reactions that keep you repeating the same experiences, even when you know better. Understand what those behaviors are doing for you, work on the needs and beliefs driving them, and build healthier ways of responding.

“You don't have to already understand what's keeping you stuck. That's part of the work.”

WHAT YOU'LL LEAVE WITH

Tools that are yours
long after coaching ends.

The goal isn't to talk about the problem for years, or to depend on me. You leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and tools you know how to use on your own.

  • Know what's happening when you're triggered

  • Recognize your needs and communicate them

  • Set and keep boundaries

  • Work through emotions and change how you respond

Coaching, not therapy.

I'm an IAT Certified Coach, not a therapist. This is coaching: practical, forward-focused, and built around changing what's keeping you stuck.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT)?

Integrated Attachment Theory (IAT) is a framework that shows how the subconscious beliefs and rules you carry about love and connection shape your attachment style — and how you can change them. It helps you identify patterns, core needs, and communication habits rooted in early experiences, then gives you tools to move toward a more secure way of relating. What makes IAT different is that it doesn’t stop at awareness — it focuses on actually rewiring those patterns.

What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?
